If we collect rent in full by the 1st of the month, we will process your monthly payout by the 10th business day of the month, or you will receive a one-month management fee credit.
We guarantee that any pet caused damage to the home beyond normal wear and tear by an approved pet that is not covered by the security deposit will be covered by Zen Rent Property Management. This Free pet guarantee is limited to $1000 per pet. Service animals are excluded. Additional coverage available.
If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you can cancel any time without penalty.

We guarantee that you will never pay a lease fee twice in the same 12-month leasing time frame. We guarantee your tenant will stay 12 months or we will find a new tenant at no additional cost.
