Security Deposits and Admin Fees

Accepted applications will require a security deposit of one months rent + $275.00 admin fee

550 or better credit score preferred. If you have a poor credit score a co-signer and/or a higher deposit (1.5 times monthly rent) will be required upon review.

Common Reasons to be Declined

Incomplete application, evictions, collections from landlords, credit score below 550, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, non-discharged bankruptcies, unqualified occupants, pets (no aggressive breeds allowed), vehicles and/or move in dates too far in future can also be a reason for a declined application. Within the last 7 years, any convictions of illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance, convictions resulting in bodily harm or intentional damage or destruction of property for example, “arson”.
